Music: The Power of Aesthetics for General Well-being This workshops is for people in their mature years - 60s, 70s, 80s and above - who find themselves slowing down and wanting to keep their bodies and minds active and healthy. This workshop will be very interactive and include breathing exercises as well as sing-alongs with intentional movements.
